1 – Right of return for change of mind

As per EU regulations, on all products sold online by SHALL WE PLAY A GAME? the right of return applies. You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to send us the purchased goods.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

2 – Right of return for non-compliance and warranty interventions

All products have a 2-year legal guarantee which covers all repairs and replacements due to product defects.

Collection and shipping costs are borne by the company.

SHALL WE PLAY A GAME? reserves the right to evaluate the damage or non-conformity and establish whether it is due to a manufacturing defect of the product or to any damage not covered by the warranty such as accidents, neglect, wear and tear.
